Description:
1. Support create, maintain and update databases in various formats to support production activities.
2. Support create and maintain database / project summary reports.
3. Regular working communication with production management team regarding planning and operations issues and project requirements.
4. Provide suggestions for improvements in database and report input / output for operations management.
5. Undertake data entry to support database creation as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent work experience (technical degree preferred).
2. 0 to 2 years experience working in HERE database or MIS or combination of equivalent and relevant outside experience.
3. HERE Production management process knowledge or equivalent project management knowledge highly desirable.
4. Good analytical, and problem solving skills.
5. Ability to engage and motivate team members in a multi-cultural environment.
6. Flexible problem solving skills.
7. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
8. Good knowledge of MS Office, Visio, Project, and strong skills in MS-Excel etc.
9. Detail oriented and good organizational skills.
10. Ability to handle confidential information.
