Candidate Profile:
1. Min 1-5 years' experience in Software Quality function.
2. Should have implementation knowledge in CMMI/ISO 9001 /Six Sigma projects.
3. Should have worked with global /distributed clients.
4. Strong PDLC knowledge, including Agile methodologies.
5. Should have hands- on implementation experience in metrics programs.
6. Experience in MS office applications.
7. Good communication & presentation skills.
Job Details:
1. Perform Delivery Health Check activities in a Business Unit.
2. Establish processes in projects under the Business Unit.
3. Define & establish metrics based management in Business Unit.
4. Coordinate Customer Satisfaction Survey activities in the Business Unit.
5. Lead improvement programs in projects.
6. Coach projects on process implementation.
7. Define & maintain Quality Management System.
8. Contribute to achieving the defined functional goals.
