Job Details:
Provide the Tier 1 Technical voice based support to end users colleagues, guests. Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email. During problem escalations, act as a liaison between the customers and Tier 2 support.
Required Skills:
- Should have a strong understanding of Networking TCP/IP, Internet connectivity Issues.
- Strong Windows related Applications Troubleshooting skills.
- Fluent in Spoken English Language.
- Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success.
- Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
