- Efficiently handle the inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries Maintain highest standards of audit and compliance requirements
- To acquire detailed understanding of the process design and to be able to exceed SLA standards
- Acquire the knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes

- Should have excellent English communication skills.
- Should have ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data.
