Job Details:
To execute and maintain feature display, merchandise presentation, as per VM guides & directives from regional & head office. The role holder is also responsible for all the displays in Pantaloons stores and to implement and maintain the brand image within the store, ensuring visual consistency , The major challenges for the job holder are:
1. Implementation and execution of the idea, and creating an eye for VM at the store level which is critical for effective visual merchandising.
2. Maintaining higher standards of visual merchandising to meet the competition.
3. Getting buy in for new initiatives from the senior management and then realizing the idea at the store level.
4. Ensuring efficient coordination with vendors in terms of timely and quality delivery and also developing new vendors when required.
5. Incorporating multiple thoughts and ideas flowing from all functions, managing and resolving any creative conflicts that might arise.
