Job Description:
1. Primary responsibility is to evaluate, how a "Proposed" facility (Integrated plant, Grinding Unit, Ware House etc...) will affect the cost and service of the entire supply chain network.
2. The capability to understand/develop each possible network scenario/ linkage with accurate input data for deriving most feasible network solution.
3. Evaluation of the alternate network solutions with reference to business objective and operational feasibility.
4. The challenge lies in convincing and working with various functional teams on proposed network initiative and for its implementation for achievement of defined objective.
5. Evolving/ Analyzing network design of each competitor thus ensuring competitive /service advantage in each operating market.
6. Geographical understanding of the various alternate routes and destinations on each route.
7. Continuous tracking of Network Performance.
