Roles and Responsibilities :
Service Market analysis and activities :
1.Exploits the market for workshop services with detailed knowledge of the service business and targeted deployment of marketing instruments.
2.Develops campaigns and offers and ensures they are introduced
3.Monitors special market characteristics (e.g. customer structure)
4.Regular monitoring and analysis of customer and competitor behaviour in the service market, to quickly identify promising market opportunities;
5.Evaluation of information on changes in the environment (infrastructure, industrial locations, demographic trends); monitoring and analysis of changes in market share in individual service areas.
6.Developing strategies in order to increase Service market shares - both as a proportion of servicing and repair hours
7.Creating a range of products and services oriented to customer needs and beating the competition (e.g. express service, clever repair etc).
8.Determining appropriate market prices for different services and customer groups (e.g. "do it yourself", segment II/III customers).
9.Design of custom advertising and promotional measures and use of centralised campaign packages and promotional materials (e.g. Service Advertising Manual).
Service Programs:
1.Development of specific measures incorporating existing Audi Service programmes
2.Closely monitors effectiveness of service programs and makes corrections based on market needs
3.Monitors and negotiates contracts with Service market vendors (e.g. Engine oil vendors etc)
4.Administers and maintains Audi HSO systems and ensures usage by dealers
5.Closely works with Parts and Accessories manager to develop various offers
Service Systems:
1.Dealer Management system and interface systems requirements coordination with IT dept.
2.Take up network and Audi business process requirements with DMS team and implement
3.Follow up and coordinate with dealers and IT team for rollout and process set up.
4.New initiatives on DMS/IT
Reporting:
1.Prepares a monthly report on service business
2.Use DMS for improve service operations and business at dealer level.
Pre-requisites
1.B.E/ university degree, MBA preferred
2.Well Experienced in automotive/retail industry in similar position
3.Excellent english communication, presentation and analytical skills
4.German and Hindi appreciated
